Me

The PM cycle

As a Product Owner, I oversee the entire product cycle—from strategy and discovery to feedback collection. I prioritize and refine the Product Backlog with the SCRUM team, then guide implementation through to delivery and validation.

Design the right thing,
design things right

With a background in Frontend Engineering, I value the double-diamond framework in my role as a Product Owner. This framework encourages both the team and myself to first focus on understanding the problem or user needs before diving into crafting a solution.
